End-of-day prices, fundamentals and scheduled-event data for 8,400+ US and London-listed instruments are gathered and validated, with gaps flagged rather than guessed.
Score & rank
A statistical signal engine combines factor signals into a single universal score per instrument, then ranks the universe. Every score is calculated identically for all users.
Calibrate & disclose
Each score carries a confidence range based on testing on data the model hadn’t seen, and clear labels where data is thin. You see the working, including what the model can’t tell you.

Anyone can publish a striking back-tested headline number. The harder, more honest question is whether the model’s stated probabilities actually match what happens next. StockTriage is built around answering that — out loud.
Tested on future data only. Signals are tested on data they’ve never seen — never tuned on the same data they’re judged against.
Calibration check. When the model assigned a given likelihood band in historical testing, we check how often outcomes landed in that band. The chart below shows that honesty check — not a forecast for any stock.
Honest empty states. Thin data or low confidence is labelled clearly, not hidden behind a confident-looking number.
No promises. We never show a stock-specific performance hook or claim a result is repeatable. All simulated figures are hypothetical and not a reliable indicator of future results.

How do you test the signals?
Signals are tested only on data from after the period used to build them — mimicking how they would have worked in real life, rather than being tuned with the benefit of hindsight. Any resulting figures are simulated and hypothetical, and are not a reliable indicator of future results.
How many stocks do you cover, and how often?
More than 8,400 US-listed and London-listed instruments in the universe. Scores are published each market session for instruments with enough clean data. The delayed top-20 is public — no signup needed; Pro sees the full universe same-day.
What is the AI catalyst layer?
A Pro feature that summarises upcoming scheduled events and recent news context for an instrument in neutral language, to give background. It is descriptive only and never tells you to buy or sell anything.
Can I connect my broker account?
Pro users can link supported brokers on a strictly read-only basis to view holdings alongside universal scores. We verify the connection has no trading permission, we never place orders, and your holdings are never used to change any score, ranking or generated text.
Do you guarantee returns?
No. Nothing on this site is a promise or projection of performance. Capital is at risk, and past or simulated performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Is my data safe, and do you sell it?
We never sell your personal data. Any broker API keys are stored encrypted and used read-only. See our Privacy notice for what we collect, why, and how to request deletion.
