StockTriage (“the Service”) is operated by MangyByte Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17175779) with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service publishes statistical rankings, scores, confidence measures, factor breakdowns, calendar information and related analytics covering listed equities and other instruments on US and UK markets.

Everything the Service produces is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is made available to all users on the same basis and is not tailored to your personal circumstances, objectives, financial situation or needs.

2. Not investment advice or a personal recommendation

Nothing on this site or in the Service constitutes, or should be construed as, investment advice, a personal recommendation, an inducement, an offer or a solicitation to buy, sell, subscribe for or otherwise deal in any security, fund or other financial instrument, nor an endorsement of any investment strategy.

Scores, rankings and other outputs describe the output of a statistical model; they are not a signal to act, and we never tell you what to buy or sell. 3. Not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority

MangyByte Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Service does not carry on any regulated activity. We do not provide a personal recommendation as defined in the FCA Handbook, we do not arrange or execute deals, we do not manage investments, and we do not provide a regulated advice service. Because the Service is not a regulated activity, you will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme in respect of it.

4. Nature of the scores and rankings

Scores, ranks, percentiles and confidence bands are the output of statistical models applied to market and reference data. They are computed identically for every user from the same universal model and the same inputs. Your holdings, watchlists and any connected portfolio are display-layer information only and never influence how any score, rank or generated text is calculated.

A high or low score is a statistical descriptor, not a verb. It is not a “buy” or “sell” instruction, not a prediction that any particular outcome will occur, and not a measure of suitability for any individual.

5. Simulated, hypothetical and backtested figures

Any performance, backtest, calibration or walk-forward figure shown anywhere in the Service is simulated and hypothetical. Simulated results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not represent actual trading, do not account for all costs, liquidity, slippage, taxes or market impact, and may not reflect the effect of material market conditions on decision-making.

Simulated or past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.

6. AI-generated and third-party content

Parts of the Service, including the catalyst layer, use automated and AI-generated summaries of events and publicly reported information. Such content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information and is provided for context only. It is descriptive, never advisory, and must not be relied upon as a statement of fact or as a recommendation.

Where you choose to connect a brokerage account, the connection is strictly read-only. We do not, and cannot, place orders, move money, or otherwise transact on your account through the Service. Displaying your holdings alongside universal scores is for information only and is not a recommendation in respect of those holdings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including loss of profit and any indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any output of it. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
