End-of-day prices, fundamentals and scheduled-event data for 8,400+ US and London-listed instruments are gathered and validated, with gaps flagged rather than guessed.
Score & rank
A statistical signal engine combines factor signals into a single universal score per instrument, then ranks the universe. Every score is calculated identically for all users.
Calibrate & disclose
Each score carries a confidence band from walk-forward testing, and honest empty states where the data is thin. You see the working, including what the model can’t tell you.

Anyone can publish a striking back-tested headline number. The harder, more honest question is whether a model’s stated confidence actually matches what happens next. StockTriage is built around answering that — out loud.
Walk-forward only. Signals are tested on data from after they were fit — never curve-fitted in-sample to flatter the chart.
Calibrated confidence. A predicted likelihood near 70% should be right about 70% of the time. The curve below shows how close the model gets.
Honest empty states. Thin coverage or low confidence is labelled as such, not hidden behind a confident-looking number.
No promises. We never show a stock-specific performance hook or claim a result is repeatable. All simulated figures are hypothetical and not a reliable indicator of future results.

What does “walk-forward-validated” mean?
Signals are tested only on data from periods after the data used to fit them, mimicking how they would have behaved in real time rather than being curve-fitted with hindsight. Any resulting figures are simulated and hypothetical, and are not a reliable indicator of future results.
How many stocks do you cover, and how often?

What is the AI catalyst layer?
A Pro feature that summarises upcoming scheduled events and recent news context for an instrument in neutral language, to give background. It is descriptive only and never tells you to buy or sell anything.
Can I connect my broker account?
Pro users can link supported brokers on a strictly read-only basis to view holdings alongside universal scores. We verify the connection has no trading permission, we never place orders, and your holdings are never used to change any score, ranking or generated text.
Do you guarantee returns?
No. Nothing on this site is a promise or projection of performance. Capital is at risk, and past or simulated performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Is my data safe, and do you sell it?
We never sell your personal data. Any broker API keys are stored encrypted and used read-only. See our Privacy notice for what we collect, why, and how to request deletion.
